UEFA Champions League: Naby Keita scores his first Champions goal !

Leipzig has relaunched their chances of qualifying for the knockout stages of the Champions League by beating Monaco (1-4) Tuesday night, in the fifth day of Group G.

Monaco lost their third champions league game this season and is eliminated permanently from the champions by the Germans of Leipzig.

The Bundesliga runner-up needed only the first half of the game to take down Monaco. After a Jemerson goal against his side and a Werner double, Monaco came back in the match by reducing the score by Falcao in the 43rd minute, but only 2 minutes later, Naby Keita buried the last hopes of Monegasque to return to the score.



This is Keita's first goal in the Champions League. A competition he discovers this year. Lepzig, who also plays his first C1 is second in the group tied with Porto (7 points). The Dragons were held to failure (1-1) by Besiktas, who secured first place in the pool.

In two weeks, Porto will receive Monaco and Leipzig will host Besiktas. The last day promises to be hectic when a ticket for the eighths is at stake, at a distance, between Porto and Leipzig.
