Nikola Kalinic, who is 29-years old, scored 15 Serie A goals last season and will certainly be a fine addition to AC Milan who are looking to compete this year in both Italy and Europe. The former Blackburn Rovers striker would have to face competition from another summer signing Andre Silva upfront. Carlos Bacca would have also been in the mix, if the club didn’t give him out on loan to Villareal.
Florentina too could easily sell Kalinic because they had recently acquired Giovanni Simeone from Genoa.
AC Milan have always been a top club in Europe, but in the recent past they have suffered to even qualify for the Champions League. But now with the new owner and the new squad which they have built, they will hope to regain their previous form.
